Here, in the US, during the late 1930s, a wild and disparate amalgamation of Jews did a similar thing to crush the pro-Nazi German-American Bund. Newspaper reporters working undercover, Walter Winchell, the nascent HUAC,NY Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia (whose mother was Jewish), a vaudeville strongman, the so-called “ordinary people,” and the boys of the Jewish mob did their best. It worked.
Jews better start fighting now instead of begging black racist politicians who are in power where they live to protect them which ain’t going to happen.
Instead of organizing for the idiotic social justice bull shit they’re so addicted to , Jews in the West better start organizing with AR 15s and 9mm and start learning how to use them.
Thank you. It is not often we hear stories about Jewish resistance. Of course, the Jewish people would not have survived centuries of persecution without resistance. Survival and resistance are ingrained in us, perhaps even in our genes. Yet, we seldom get to witness this strength. We are, unfortunately, portrayed as a weak people, which makes us an even more attractive target for anti-Semites. Do you carry with you means of self-defense? Why not? We live in a country where our God-given right to protect ourselves is in writing-- the Second Amendment. I'm not saying you need to own and bear guns, although they serve to effectively put you on a level playing field with our enemies, but you should. At least carry a knife or two or some pepper spray. There are several pro-gun websites you might want to read (and join), including Jews for the Preservation of Firearms, Jews Can Shoot, the Second Amendment Foundation. The weapons you carry for self-defense may very well mean the difference between being alive and dying in a gas chamber or being beheaded. Besides, we have G-d on our side. Fight like your lives depend on it. Shalom.

You definitely should learn to safely use with some proficiency, store, and maintain guns. Your wife / husband should know. Your kids past a certain age should know. It doesn't make you a gun "nut". It makes you prudent and responsible for your own safety. Nobody else is going to do it. Israelis go in the Army. Diaspora Jews can at the least learn to handle a pistol and or a rifle ( in the United States at least ). I'm not knowledgeable about other countries' gun laws.
I've met more Holocaust survivors than I care to remember. I would listen to their stories, and encourage them to tell me everything. I've also read more books, and watched more documentaries on the Nazi era than I care to remember. I think I have PTSD from all this. I've heard some of the most horrific stories both first and second hand. I often wondered what would I do if I were a Jew in Germany when the Nazis came to power? I really don't know to tell you the truth. I do know what I would do if Nazism made a come back in the United States. I also assumed I knew what American Jews would do. Of course they would take to the streets, and challenge the racists. They would probably bring tire irons and scalding hot coffee. No doubt they would pass out knuckle sandwiches. A group of thugs standing outside a synagogue screaming death to the Zionists would certainly wind up needing multiple ambulances. Of course none of this has happened. With all the threats and calls for violence, Jews just call the police. They complained to the Dean of Students. They called politicians. They debated peacefully with those calling for Jewish genocide. Mostly they posted videos with "Proof" that the anti Zionists were actually anti Semites. Who knew? I'm profoundly disappointed with my people. Have we learned nothing in the 80 years since the Holocaust? I'm not calling for violence, but for heaven's sake, No one in this day and age should feel perfectly free (and safe) to walk through a Jewish neighborhood calling for the death of Jews, yet they do.
Silence is consent. Failure to respond to threats and/or violence invites more. I too am disappointed in Jews' failure to act. You are responsible for your own self defense. Jews, of all people, should realize that nobody is coming to rescue them.
William, my wife and I have often wondered if we would have had the courage to resist or hide Jews. I never considered my self to be courageous. On the other hand I hate injustice and dishonesty , not to mention atrocity. I would like to show the”we are Hamas,” useful idiots at the universities, picture of the young girls torn apart, and families who were murdered if they are still Hamas.
You may be right. Hard to know. I suspect they are ignorant and easily led. When pregnant girls contemplating abortion are shown ultrasounds of their babies, they often change their minds. When American college kids see pictures of dehumanized young Jewish people who look just like them, it might break through their empty heads.
My mother bought the VHS of Escape From Sobibor and put it on for the family to watch together. I was about nine at the time. She’d already taught us plenty about the holocaust but the film was something else. It both horrified and fascinated me. I watched it over again and then again and again. I think I watched it about six times back then. Around three years ago I watched it with my eldest daughter, for whom her Jewish heritage is much more important than for my younger two. Her reaction was no different from my own. It really highlighted both the cruelty towards and dehumanisation of our people, and the strength, resilience, courage, and love we share as a people. None of this must ever be forgotten. The blood libels never go away and some perceptions that even many rational people hold of Jews as a people are messed up. Our resilience is everything. Thank you for sharing this stark reminder!

Whining to others ain’t going to fix the problem

I think they would enjoy those images. They’ve seen enough violence in the media, they know exactly what they're talking about.
