I’m also a proud Zionist, and a Christian. I like your stack, and as far as this post, there is nothing you could say to make me support the Jewish state more than I already do. But, like a kid, I flipped through to view the excellent pictures.
Revelation 2:9 and 3:9 beware the synagogue of Satan those who claim to be Jews (Judean) but are liars. John also talks about who God's chosen people really are, those who choose Him. Jews do not choose Jesus therefore they are not chosen by God. Unless they repent and acknowledge Jesus is Lord they will perish for all eternity. You're either a Christian, for Jesus or you're against Jesus. You cannot be a Zionist and a Christian my man. Please do some prayer, some research in your Bible.
You’re all mixed up. God is the God of Israel; hello? That never changed. It is you who needs to repent. Read Romans chapters 9-11. You are heard-hearted, and high-minded, and will answer for it to the Lord. Will be praying for you. Yes you are right, there is no salvation in any other than Jesus the Messiah (acts 4:12). But you believe in a Jewish messiah and study a Jewish book, and quote Jewish apostles (not very well). You should be praying for the Jewish people and Israel to come to the Lord, not cursing them, because they gave you these things. Shame on you. Don’t you have a conscience? What fruit of the Holy Spirit is bitterness and vindictiveness? Let that go, and begin by praying for the Jewish people, some of whom may be your adversaries, and, as I said, you will be in my prayers (for your good). God said, “ And I will bless them that bless thee [the Jews], and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Gen. 12:3
I do pray for them to repent. Just like God, I want none to perish but all to come to saving faith in Jesus even those talmudists who claim to be God's chosen ones while working to consistently destroy and undermine everything of God. These so called people of Israel are absolutely not. It's Jesus plus nothing else that leads to eternal salvation. It's a disservice to your "Jewish" brethren to keep that fact, that truth from them. Jesus is the ONLY way.
It seems to me we are in disagreement as to who "Jewish" people are. I do not believe they are the true descendants of Abraham but claim to be, they're the ones we are warned about in Revelation.
Genetically the Jewish people are the descendants of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. They can prove that today by blood. God promised the land of Israel to them by an everlasting covenant. Psalms 105:10. the verses you are talking about in revelation are unbelieving Jewish people who are persecuting Jewish and gentile believers in Jesus, including the apostle John. The land of Israel will always belong to the Jewish people. Read Romans 9:1-3, please. Who is the apostle Paul referring to? Just because most Israelis don’t accept Jesus as messiah, that doesn’t mean God broke his promise to them. If you fell into sin last week, how would you feel if God broke his promise to you for everlasting life?
Keep reading Romans brother, the answers are right there. I pray God reveals the truth to you. Look into Esau's descendants. Look closely at Genesis 12:3 "all peoples of earth will be blessed through you (Abraham)" The people of the nation Israel cannot be descendants of Abraham spoken of here that will bless all nations because they do the exact opposite of bless the nations.
This breakdown of the Balfour Declaration and British strategy is solid in showing how deeply imperial politics shaped the region—but it misses some big pieces of the puzzle.
Yeah, Britain played a cold imperial game, and Zionist leaders positioned themselves smartly within it. But the piece kind of treats Arabs like background players, as if they were just floating around with no sense of identity or agency until Europeans gave them borders. That’s not how it went down.
Egypt, for example, had its own nationalist movement brewing for decades. It wasn’t just a colony waiting to be carved up—it was pushing for independence and had real institutions, political life, and resistance. And the Hijaz wasn’t some made-up zone—it was a sovereign region with its own leadership under Sharif Hussein, and the Arab Revolt wasn’t just some footnote. It was a serious uprising, with real aspirations for unity, independence, and dignity.
The critique talks about how Arab identities weren’t fully formed—true in some ways—but it ignores how Arab revolutions and resistance were already shaping new identities. And when countries like Egypt, Iraq, and later Jordan started gaining independence, it wasn’t just imperial design—it happened at the same time that ideas like self-determination and sovereignty were spreading globally, especially after WWI. The world was shifting, and Arabs were part of that shift.
Also, the piece kind of skips over how Palestinians themselves—the people most impacted by the Balfour Declaration—began organizing, resisting, and demanding recognition early on. It wasn’t just Zionists who had a vision. Palestinians did too—they just weren’t the ones imperial powers were listening to.
So yeah, the story of empire and Zionist strategy is real—but this version needs more balance. Arab agency matters, and so does the broader context of anti-colonial struggle and the global move toward independence. Without that, we risk repeating the old habit of making Arab history something that happens to people instead of something they actively shape.
Excellent historical analysis and context for present day misinformation by and propaganda of antisemites who see a bleeding wound in the heart of Israel and now circle like the cowardly leeches that haters morph into when given a platform and a target for their hate.
So fascinating. Wish these pro Hamas protestors would familiarize themselves with these complicated, almost convoluted yet subtle historical facts instead of yelling slogans and attacking others who don't agree with them.
